Terms & conditions and Limitations

• All prices are subject to V.A.T. at the prevailing rate (where applicable).
• Prices are quoted inclusive of embroidery/screen print unless otherwise stated.
• All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. RICARA is happy to re-quote in Euros if required.
• All garment weights quoted are approximate and may vary.
• The colour swatches illustrated within this brochure are for guidance only and may vary from the actual garment.
• Sample garments will be invoiced if not returned in a saleable condition within 30 days.
• Free origination (set-up) is limited to a single design per customer of either a 10,000 stitch embroidery or a single colour screen print.
• Free embroidery is offered only on garments purchased from RICARA and is limited to 10,000 stitches per design.
• Free screen print is offered only on garments purchased from RICARA and is limited to a single colour screen print.
• Free delivery is offered on orders of over 12 garments, to a single destination within the UK excluding the highlands and islands.
• Some items in this brochure may be unsuitable for screen printing and/or embroidery.

In the interests of safety please note:
All textiles are flammable, unless protected with a fire retardant. We recommend that children/students in particular, are kept away from naked flames and other sources of ignition when not suitably protected.
Please contact Ricara if protective clothing is required.
