Q - What is your minimum order quantity?
A - For school customers our minimum order quantity is one item (on most of our products), with free delivery on orders of 12 items or more to a single UK mainland destination (excluding islands and the highlands.)

Q - How much will it cost to set-up my embroidery/screen print design?
A - Nothing! We offer free design, embroidery or screen print set-up to school customers who purchase their uniform from us. This is limited to either a 10,000 stitch embroidery or a single colour screen print. Large or complex designs may incur additional charges, however this is a rarity.

Q - How much extra is it to embroider/screen print these garments?
A - Nothing! Our garments are priced inclusive of a single colour screen print or 10,000 stitch embroidery logo. We can also offer to embroider or screen print garments purchased by the customer from other sources on a contract basis - please freephone 0800 0269 268 for details.

Q - Will I have to pay for samples?
A - No! Free samples are offered on the understanding that if no longer required they will be returned to us in a saleable condition to our freepost address within 30 days of receipt. Thereafter, unless advised by you, the samples will be charged for. Of course if an extension is required please freephone 0800 0269 268 and let us know.
